Birding Walks at Fairview Farm

Mondays in May, join naturalist Alan Rennie as he surveys birds in the forests, meadows and pond at Raritan Headwaters Wildlife Preserve, located at 2121 Larger Cross Rd., Bedminster NJ.

This is a great time of year because the Neotropical migrants are returning from their winter range in Central and South America to breed in North America.  There will be a lot of bird diversity at Fairview Farm throughout the coming weeks including many of the colorful warblers.

Walks will begin at 7:00 am at the Brick Cottage on May 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.

All are welcome! No need to pre-register. We recommend you bring binoculars, and wear good walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. In the event of rain, the walk will be cancelled.
