Join Watershed Ambassador, Daniel Magda, and members of Raritan Headwaters staff for a Spring Bioblitz at Fairview Farm to contribute valuable data on the species of plants, animals, and insects in our watershed. Participants are invited to help identify and document as many species as we can at Fairview Farm using the iNaturalist app.

Feel free to arrive anytime between 7:00 am and 12:00 noon and stay for as long or short as you’d like. When you arrive, check-in at the table outside the cottage (red brick building) as we will have more information about using iNaturalist and eBird. If you don’t already have iNaturalist, simply download the app on your phone.

Dress for the weather, but ideally long pants and sturdy shoes may be advisable if walking through taller grass and on trails. Bring a water bottle and, if you’d like, binoculars or a camera to observe and record wildlife as well as your cellphone or tablet to upload to iNaturalist.
