Jenny-Ann joined the Development team in February 2025 as a Grant Administrator after retiring from her successful 10-year role as The Watershed Institute’s Director of Development. She has over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising, having previously held key positions at the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences Foundation, The Fund for New Jersey, St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, and other nonprofit organizations. Jenny-Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Rutgers University. She is also a graduate of Lead New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, walking, and spending time with her husband, two cats, and a dog.
