Before joining Raritan Headwaters in 2017, Trish worked as Director of Volunteer Engagement for Pedal for the Puzzle, an annual bike ride and family festival in Bedminster that raises funds and awareness for autism. Prior to that, she served as volunteer coordinator for Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve in Pennsylvania, and volunteered as a trainer of new and advancing Girl Scout leaders for the Girl Scouts Heart of NJ in North Branch. Trish holds a B.S. degree horticulture from the University of Georgia. She became a Rutgers Environmental Steward in 2015, received her certification in Volunteer Administration in 2016 and earned her Advanced Social Media certification from Seton Hall University in 2021.
