Previously a stream monitoring and GIS summer intern with RHA, Alyssa rejoined us in 2025 to work on multiple projects. As a Research Technician, she is involved in monitoring the Spruce Run Reservoir and its tributaries in a joint effort with the New Jersey Water Supply Authority. As a GIS Technician, she is mapping restoration projects as part of the Headwaters to the Bay initiative. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resources from Rutgers University, where her academic research focused on land use change in and around freshwater and wetland ecosystems. In her free time, she loves to take nature walks and spend time with friends and family.
